Electronics are a big part of our equipment. In many cases we have developed electronic solutions when an off the shelf one was not available. Devices for firing fuel injectors, PWM drivers, high speed timing measurement and peak capture are some of the few solutions we've developed. If you have a specific need in this area, we can also develop a custom solution for you.

Peak Detection Module
This is a two channel module that detects
a slope change on an analog signal and captures this value
as a voltage. The unit is jumper configurable to detect positive
slopes or negative slopes. External inputs put the unit in
to track mode which causes the output to follow
the input. When a slope change has been detected a have
peak signal is available as an output.
This unit is primarily used to detect the valve opening pressure of
an injector nozzle group, but has been used to detect peak injection
pressure as well as peak rail pressure in a common rail fuel system.
The unit can be mounted on 4 snap trak or it can be panel mounted
in a case. Since most injector machines take advantage of the timing
module as well, both units can co-exist in the same case.

Programmable Fuel Injector Module PFIM
The PFIM pronounced (pee-fim) is our most successful electronic product
in the diesel market. This product was initially designed to integrate
into a test machine for the purposes of firing a diesel fuel injector
for production or endurance testing. We baked in the flexibility to
change waveforms on the fly and drive virtually any solenoid based injector
the way you want to.
One customer stated, Many other companies have tried to do this and
failed, but you have succeeded. We are very happy with the product.

Universal Timing Module
Since we design and build everything in house and are limited to virtually nothing, we sometimes encounter the situation where a particular piece of hardware does not exist for our application. In this
case the application was fuel injector timing measurement.
The result was our Universal timing module that has become one of our few "standard" products. This module can be used to measure other timing events as well in the range of 0-10ms with a resolution of 0.1 microsecond. Jumper
configurations on the board allow for various input configurations including a "cascaded" mode where several of these units can be chained together to perform multiple measurements for one event such as split injection timing.
- Measurement resolution to 0.1 microseconds
- Snap track mount or panel mount enclosure
- Jumper configuration allows polarity selection
- BCD data output is standard
- Optional analog data output available
- Years of proven use in the field demonstrates reliability
- Accepts a variety of means to determine terminating event
- Unit can handshake if necessary to accommodate slow data collection
- Unit operates on 15-30 VDC
