24-7 Service Program Now Offered

As an added benefit to customers with demanding needs for 24-7 service, MCM now offers both round the clock telephone support on all of its equipment and 1 hour en-route response for service calls. This service is currently offered only to service contract customers and plans are tailored to suit the customer’s needs. Scot Ward has joined the MCM team to support this program. Scot has a diverse background in the industrial plant environment with experience in everything from controls to plant statistical processes. His experience plays a major role in the customer satisfaction goal that MCM continues to exceed.
